Delivery Information
Judy's Blooms serves the following areas in Ontario: Ancaster, West Hamilton, Burlington and Oakville.
Delivery Fees is a flat rate of $15.
Same day delivery requests are only available Tuesdays to Fridays and must be received before 10:30 a.m. ET and must be within our delivery area (above). Additional charge may apply. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
Please make sure the recipient's address and telephone number are correct. If the recipient is not home, the flowers may be left with a neighbor and the recipient will be notified. Weather permitting flowers may be left at the door, in a protected area, provided that the outdoor temperature is not below 5 degrees C / 40 degrees F.

On non-holidays, regular orders are delivered between 12:00pm and 6:30pm.
We can guarantee your floral delivery to business addresses by 4:30pm.
Our couriers operate under a strict delivery window and cannot guarantee an exact delivery time within that window.
If you require a special timed delivery (for example, must be there before 3:00pm), please get in touch via email (judithmac@bell.net) as there will be an additional fee for us to arrange a special courier for you.

Definitely! All deliveries to businesses are completed by 4:30 pm, between Monday - Friday.
We include a care card with each delivery. These cards detail specific care instructions for the type(s) of flowers you have received. If you have any questions that are not answered on your care card, feel free to contact us at: judithmac@bell.net.
If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, our couriers will leave the flowers at the front door, with a neighbour, or with a concierge/reception desk when available. Our courier will call the recipient and leave a voicemail to let them know where the flowers were left. If a second delivery attempt at a later date is absolutely necessary, an additional delivery charge will apply.
Please note: in the winter flowers cannot be left outside if the temperature is below 0C.
Our regular couriers decide on their most efficient, economical and green delivery route each day. For this reason, they cannot guarantee a specified times for orders.

If the selected deliver date is more than 36 hours away, we will offer you a refund, minus a $10 transaction fee. Email sent more than 36 hours away is also acceptable.
If you need to cancel an order that is scheduled within 36 hours, you can:
a) request an address change to have it delivered to another location/recipient
b) donate your order to a charitable organization of your choosing (within delivery zone), or Judy's Blooms is happy to select one for you.
No refunds are available for orders scheduled to be delivered within 36 hours of when you reach us to cancel (via phone only), as the flowers will have already been purchased and design may have started.
No email cancellations are accepted if delivery is within 36 hours - please call us at 905-510-1251.

Pick-up is available at 10 am, at our private studio in Oakville.
Yes, of course! When you place your order, please choose the "Pick-Up" option and specify the time you will be coming. This is a private space and we want to have it ready for you. Please ensure payment is made prior to pick-up.
Our pick-up window is between 10 am - 4:30 pm Monday to Saturday. Special consideration will be given for Sundays and holidays.
Definitely! We will send you a photo of the flowers once they are out for delivery so you can share in the beauty!
Each arrangement we make is completely unique and will include a custom combination of flowers. In ordering with Judy's Blooms, we ask that you trust the creative direction of our highly skilled floral designer to craft the perfect arrangement for you based on the design notes you include in your order. We can take inspiration from photos, but we cannot replicate them.
No, we assume that most orders are a surprise! We ask the sender to choose the appropriate delivery date for their recipient.
It is only under a special circumstance that we would contact the recipient before delivery.
Yes, no problem! Please include all applicable information so that delivery is smooth and easy. For business, hospitals, etc. please include room or suite number as well as the business or hospital name. Please also include a phone number in case we need to contact the recipient directly with any delivery questions.
Since our regular couriers operate within a delivery window, we cannot accurately tell you when the delivery will arrive. Business is guaranteed by 4:30 pm and Residential is guaranteed by 6:30 pm.
